Hi, I’m Sarah Zagurskas.

From the gentle art of Five‑Element Acupuncture to the transformative practice of hypnotherapy, my career has always centred on helping people restore balance in body and mind.

I began my journey with a First‑Class Honours Degree in Acupuncture from the renowned College of Traditional Acupuncture in Hatton. Since establishing my Eden Acupuncture clinic at Henley-in-Arden in 2009, I’ve supported clients with a wide spectrum of needs - from acute pain, to chronic illnesses to challenges with stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing.

Over the years, I came to see how deeply our physical health is intertwined with our past traumas and negative thought patterns. That insight led me to expand my work into hypnotherapy, empowering clients to shift these unhelpful patterns at a subconscious level.

The Control System is an effective treatment for anyone who seeks an alternative form of therapy, but I believe it could particularly benefit those with different neurotypes. As someone with dyslexia and a neurodivergent family, many of our past traumas and negative thought patterns stem from the failure of a mental health system designed to help us, and one-size-fits-all schools. I discovered this method when I tried The Control System myself, and out of all the traditional therapies I had tried before, this was the only method that succeeded in changing my way of thinking for the better as it focused on moving forward, not looking backwards. The beauty of this no-trance hypnotherapy method is that it is entirely controlled by you. Your subconscious initiates your healing, I’m just here to facilitate it.
